1. Movies:

Oculus does not count movies or downloaded content as eligible for a refund. If you find yourself in this situation, you may have to bear the loss. Oculus does not recognize a refund policy for movies.

2. Subscription:

Oculus does not offer a refund for contents received when you subscribe. You can cancel the subscription; however, you won’t get a refund.

3. Products Bought Outside Oculus:

Oculus does not grant a refund for purchasing products outside its platform. It does not consider a third-party purchase for a refund.

4. If Products Exceed 30 Minutes:

It typically takes 5-8 days for a refund.  When customers request a refund, their oculus app ceases to function temporarily till the refund request is approved.
