Focused on bulgogi only and the grills it uses, the Dancing Bull offers a minimal but also extensive menu of fine beef combinations and reintroducing the people to the founding foods that South Korea has come to know and love.

Partners Jason Kim and Tony Chongopened Dancing Bull in late August, and it’s been packed ever since. With a background cell phone billing (of all things), they wanted to trysomething new and teamed up with chef Jun Lee, who has25 years of experience in restaurants like Morimoto in Napa.

The menuoffers multiple versions of the Korean classic. Bulgogi-focused dishes like bulgogi japchae (sweetpotato noodles) and bulgogi dukbokki (stir-fried rice cakes), and don’t forget about the all-you-can-eat bulgogi, which comes withyour choice of beef or pork and bone broth soup and assorted vegetables —all cooked on that one copper grill — for $20.50 per person. Foranother $3.50, you can add fried rice or noodles to cook on the grillafter you’re done with your meat. #dead.
